Travel by Car
from Houston
College Station is approximately 95 miles northwest of Houston. From the 610 loop, take Hwy 290 W (toward Austin) approximately 45 miles. At Hempstead, take Hwy 6 N (toward Bryan) approximately 43 miles. Take the FM 60/University Drive exit and turn left onto University Drive.
from Austin
College Station is approximately 107 miles east of Austin. If coming from the Austin-Bergstrom Airport, take Hwy 71 E (toward Bastrop) approximately 24 mile. Hwy 71 merges with Hwy 21. In Bastrop, follow signs to Hwy 21 E (toward Bryan) and continue approximately 66 miles. Prior to entering Bryan, take Hwy 47 S (toward College Station) approximately 6 miles where it merges onto FM 60 E/University Drive.
from Dallas/Fort Worth
College Station is approximately 182 miles south of Dallas. If coming from Fort Worth, take I-35W South (toward Waco) approximately 83 miles. If coming from Dallas, take I-35E South (toward Waco) approximately 92 miles. In Waco, exit Loop 340 and turn left, continuing approximately 2-3 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 6 S (toward Bryan) approximately 90 miles. Take the University Drive exit and turn right onto University Drive.
